Privacy policy
This policy describes what kinetrixa.online does with personal information. The short version: the site has no forms, sets no cookies and runs no tracking, so the only records that exist are the ordinary server logs kept by the hosting provider and any email you choose to send. The rest of this page explains that in detail.
1. Who is responsible for your information

This policy is written with reference to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, because the site is written for readers in Australia. Because HUSKY GATE s.r.o. is established in the European Union, section 11 sets out the equivalent position under the General Data Protection Regulation.
2. What is actually collected
Three things, and nothing else.
(a) Nothing through the site itself. Kinetrixa has no contact form, no newsletter sign-up, no search box, no account, no comment field and no input field of any kind. There is nothing on any page for you to submit, so nothing is submitted. The site also sets no cookies and uses no localStorage, sessionStorage or other browser storage, and loads no third-party script — no analytics, no advertising tag, no conversion pixel, no chat widget, no embedded video, no externally hosted font or library.
(b) Ordinary server logs, kept by the hosting provider. Like any web server, the server that delivers these pages records each request. Those records typically contain your IP address, the date and time, the URL requested, the HTTP status returned, your browser's user-agent string, and the referring URL if your browser sends one. These logs are generated automatically by the hosting infrastructure. They are not combined with anything else, not used to build a profile, and not used for advertising or measurement.
(c) Whatever you put in an email. If you write to info@kinetrixa.online, the publisher receives your email address, your message, and anything you chose to include in it. Please do not send account credentials, passwords, payment details or identity documents; they are not needed and are not wanted.
3. Why each category is held, and on what basis
Server logs are held for security and diagnostics: identifying attacks and abusive traffic, investigating errors, and keeping the site available. Under the Australian Privacy Principles, this is collection reasonably necessary for the operation and security of the service. Under the GDPR, the basis relied on is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) — the interest in keeping a public website secure and functioning. There is no consent basis in play because the site sets no cookies and asks for nothing.
Email correspondence is held for one purpose: to read and answer your message. Under the GDPR the basis is legitimate interests, or the steps necessary to respond to an enquiry you initiated.
4. How long each category is kept
- Server logs: retained for no more than 90 days, then deleted or overwritten in the ordinary course of the hosting provider's log rotation.
- Email correspondence: kept while the matter is open and for up to 12 months after it is closed, then deleted. Where a message needs to be kept longer for a legal reason, it is kept only for as long as that reason requires.
- Anything else: there is nothing else. No reader database, no mailing list, no analytics archive exists to retain.
5. Who else sees it, including transfers outside Australia
Two categories of recipient, both necessary to operate the site.
The hosting provider engaged by HUSKY GATE s.r.o. operates the server and therefore holds the server logs described above. It processes them on the publisher's instructions. The provider's identity will be confirmed on request to info@kinetrixa.online.
The email provider used for the info@kinetrixa.online mailbox handles messages you send.
Cross-border disclosure (APP 8). HUSKY GATE s.r.o. is established in the Czech Republic and the infrastructure serving this site is located outside Australia. Accordingly, if you are in Australia, the information described in section 2 — in practice your IP address and request details, and the contents of any email you send — is disclosed to recipients outside Australia, in the European Union. The publisher takes reasonable steps to ensure those recipients handle the information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles, and remains accountable for it.
No information is sold, rented, exchanged or disclosed for advertising purposes. No advertising network receives anything from this site about you. Following an affiliate link takes you to a third party whose own practices then apply — see the affiliate disclosure page.
6. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, so the connection between your browser and the server is encrypted. Administrative access to the server and to the mailbox is limited to the publisher and is protected by multi-factor authentication. The most substantial security measure, though, is structural: because the site collects nothing and stores nothing about its readers, there is no reader database to lose.
7. Your rights under the Australian Privacy Principles
If you are in Australia you may ask for access to any personal information held about you, ask for it to be corrected if it is inaccurate, and complain about how it has been handled. In practice, the only information that could be held about an individual reader is a server log entry or an email exchange.
Write to info@kinetrixa.online. Requests are answered within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, the national privacy regulator, at oaic.gov.au.
8. Data breaches
If a data breach occurred that was likely to result in serious harm to any individual whose personal information is involved, the publisher would assess it promptly and, where the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) applies, notify the affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as that scheme requires.
9. Children
This site is not directed at children and collects nothing from anyone, including people under 16. There is no form, no account and no sign-up through which a young person could provide anything. Household guidance about younger players and online games is on this page.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page with a new effective date at the top. A change that materially affects what is collected would be accompanied by a note on this page describing what changed. No tracking, cookie or analytics tool will be added to this site without the cookie policy being updated and a working consent mechanism being in place first.
11. GDPR and UK GDPR position
HUSKY GATE s.r.o. is established in the Czech Republic, so the General Data Protection Regulation applies to its processing. The legal basis relied on for server logs and for email correspondence is legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f), as described in section 3. No consent basis is relied on, because the site sets no cookies and performs no tracking.
Where the GDPR or the UK GDPR applies to you, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise any of them, write to info@kinetrixa.online. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: in the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), and in the United Kingdom the Information Commissioner's Office. Readers in Australia may instead complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, as set out in section 7.
